This certification provides professionals with the credentials necessary and the proven knowledge and skills to strategically streamline operations. It includes all modules: supply chain management, resource planning, scheduling and planning, execution and control of operations, strategic planning. People with the APICS® (Certified Production and Inventory Management), credential are highly sought after professionals in the manufacturing and supply chain industries.

Important Note: To gain CPIM certification from APICS, you must successfully pass Module 1 and Module II exams.

Supply Chain Management Professional CPIM® Exam Prep - New 2 Module Format

CPIM® Exam Prep (9 weeks)

  • 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
  • Module I: Saturdays, Jan. 20, 27, Feb. 10, 17
  • Module II: Saturdays, March 24, April 7, 14, 28, May 5
  • Online by videoconferencing and led by a master APICS instructor

The APICS CPIM program is undergoing its first major change in two decades. These are significant changes:

  1. You will now need to take and pass only two exams instead of five to earn your CPIM.
  2. You can become CPIM certified in under a year instead of more than 18 months.

The new modules will include the following topics (These closely resemble the previous modules but have been updated for 2017):

  • Basics of Supply Chain
  • Master Planning of resources
  • Execution and Control of Operations
  • Detailed Scheduling and Planning and Strategic Management of Resources

CSCP® (Association for Operations Management/APICS) – Certified Supply Chain Professional

This certification helps you demonstrate your knowledge and organizational skills for developing more streamlined operations. Professionals who have earned this certification have mastered the technology, concepts and strategies related to end-to-end supply chain operations.
