Penn State Mont Alto Unity Week fosters acceptance and inclusion
Penn State Mont Alto’s Unity week, March 18-23, includes a series of diversity programs that support ‘All In’ — the Penn State initiative calling on every member of the University community to play an active role in creating a climate of acceptance and inclusion.
During Unity Week, members of the community are invited to participate in the many programs and events on campus. Stop into The Mill Café and enjoy international food, attend the Unity Week Campus Symposium ‘Is Identity Political?,’ check out one of many open classes, and attend workshops and Drag Bingo. In addition, students can travel to one of the most diverse cities in the U.S., New York City. For a complete list of events, visit Mont Alto's Unity Week webpage.
Students who pick up a Unity Week Passport and collect five or more signatures at Unity Week events, can win one of eight $50 gift cards. The passports are available in the Office of Campus Life and at all Unity Week events. To be eligible to win, passports must be returned to Campus Life by March 27.
