In Fall 2021, a 2nd Year Engagement Grant was utilized to compensate one of our PTA program's successful 2021 graduates to be a Rehabilitation course lab assistant, offering a different gender and/ or body-type for guarding practice than the ONE lab partner used during Covid, while concurrently establishing a mentoring peer-relationship for support and encouragement before first clinical affiliations after Thanksgiving.
