We are honored that your student has chosen Penn State Mont Alto for the next chapter of their educational journey. Our faculty and staff take this honor seriously, and your student’s success and well-being are our top priorities. Our goal is to help each student thrive both in and out of the classroom while providing a welcoming, supportive, and inspiring atmosphere.
At Penn State Mont Alto, your student will receive a world-class education along with individualized attention on our small, nurturing campus. With a population of just over 600 degree-seeking students and smaller class sizes that promote engagement between students and faculty, your student will feel at home and be well-prepared for success. Additionally, we are proud to offer our Wellness House, which provides counseling and health services, as well as two sensory rooms and various amenities. This space is designed for students to relax and de-stress when needed.
At Penn State Mont Alto, we foster an active Student Life through a variety of student-run clubs and programs that encourage engagement and foster a sense of community. Approximately twenty-five percent of our student body consists of student-athletes who excel not only in their sports winning ten PSUAC championships and two USCAA national championships in the past five years but also academically, achieving a cumulative grade point average of 3.00 or higher for the past eight years including 3.31 for the 2024-25 academic year.
