Drs. Chown, Sygielski, and Francis Achampong sign articulation agreements.

HACC partners with two Penn State campuses

Penn State Mont Alto, Penn State York and HACC, Central Pennsylvania's Community College, are partnering to provide more opportunities for graduates of HACC who want to continue their education and pursue a bachelor’s degree.
