Mont Alto campus collaborates for annual Day of Service

Penn State Mont Alto held its annual Day of Service/Every Day is Arbor Day event on Wednesday, April 12. More than 100 faculty, staff and students gathered bags of leaves/debris, picked up downed branches, raked mulch, pulled weeds and ivy, and planted a variety of trees and flowers.

2023 Mont Alto Academic Festival winners announced

The Penn State Mont Alto Academic Festival is a way for students to display academic and artistic highlights that were researched, developed and created throughout the 2022-23 academic year. Students presented exhibits, posters and interactive displays of their work.

New undergraduate research program available to Commonwealth Campus students

A new research program for students will be launched this coming fall: The Vice President for Commonwealth Campuses Undergraduate Student Research Fund aims to support student-led projects in different fields. Participants will acquire hands-on experience in research, scholarship, and artistic efforts. They will be responsible for creating their own research problems, study proposals, methodologies, and presenting their findings.

University College records office helps prepare campus' students for graduation

The University College at Penn State is the collective administrative umbrella for 14 of Penn State's campuses distributed throughout the commonwealth. A key area of the college is the records office, located at the University Park campus, where work is done to help support the successful graduation of students and assistance of faculty and staff across the 14 campuses.
